We are seeking a highly motivated salesperson to join our sales division selling Action Selling ® sales training services to companies needing to improve sales performance. Action Selling ® is recognized globally as a Top 20 Sales Training Company. We lead the Sales Training industry with great content, excellent facilitation, and fabulous sales training methods, so you’ll be selling a service you can believe in.
The candidate will learn the skills necessary to maximize their full sales and income potential. As a BDM, you’ll build your own book of business by calling on C-level executives and sales leaders throughout the U.S.

Responsibilities:
- Reach out to company provided leads
- Generate your own prospects and referrals.
- Move prospects through our B2B sales cycle.
- Present high-value proposals to C-level executives and sales leaders.
- Gain commitment to implement training to improve the sales culture of client companies.
- Achieve/exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales quota.
- Complete the Action Selling ® certification.
- Ability to work M-F, 9-5 in the Plymouth office.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of successful sales experience
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Well organized with good time managment
- Strong technology skills with CRM technology and MS products
- Professional business acumen
- Passion for selling and enabling sales success
- Outgoing, with a desire to maximize your full sales potential

Job Summary:
The Sales Training Manager will be responsible for preparing and facilitating training workshops (Action Selling ® 7.0, CRP, Leadership and others) for our clients, providing fantastic, engaging experiences every time. In addition, this role will require the Sales Training Manager to learn and utilize our in-house CRM system to maximize the outcomes for our clients. Additional responsibilities will be assigned based on the knowledge and experience of the candidate and the needs of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Learn to facilitate the various Action Selling ® programs in-person and using our virtual platform.
- Use the Action Selling ® process to teach Action Selling ® programs
- Administer our Learning Management System
- Implement our customizable training solutions
- Deliver high-impact training to sales, service and leadership teams
- Work in the Plymouth office M-F 9-5 when not training on location.
Qualifications:
- Sales experience preferred
- Excellent communications skills (oral and written)
- Driven, outgoing and positive personality
- Desire to learn to be the best sales trainer
- Likes to have fun, work hard, and celebrate success
- Exceptionally organized, good time manager
- Strong technology skills with MS Office, LMS and VILT tools
